Vitamin B12, also known as Cobalamin, is a water soluble vitamin present in some foods. It is a nutrient that helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy and naturally occurs in meat, eggs and fish. Only a small amount can be absorbed from food.
Who would benefit? Everyone especially vegetarians and vegans. There are numerous health benefits linked to Vit B12.
Ear Wax Removal

Ear wax (ceruma) contains antibacterial agents and plays an important part in preventing ear infections within your ear. It is perfectly normal and healthy to have small amounts of ear wax within your ear. The ear has a very good self cleaning process and ear wax works it way out naturally. Occasionally ear wax can build up and block your ear causing temporary hearing loss, ringing and itching.
The ear is a very sensitive and delicate organ, the most common cause of a build up of ear wax is from the use of a cotton bud or similar item that has been pushed into the ear to try and clean it.
Ear wax should only ever be removed by a trained, experienced professional. This service is no longer available at GP surgeries, but here at The HealthTree Clinic we are on hand with the highest quality clinical care to help keep your hearing beautifully clear.
